I got this off of a fb group I'm a part of and thought it was interesting. (Its also a good follow up to the last video I posted like this on "Where good ideas come from"). I need every boss to watch this to understand how to keep creative employees happy and motivated.... and also, I need everyone else to watch this to wake up and understand that your true potential lies within. What will make you successful is just a matter of doing more of the things you already love to do. I know it takes time to build. Everyone who's already realized this knows that it can be a journey getting to where you really want to be, but having the desire and belief that you can make it by actually working with what you already have is a great start.
